How To Change My Password:

1. Go to the following internet address: http://webmail.conectu.com/
2. Select the Do you wish to change your email password link
3. In the box next to Mail Server, enter your mail server name. This means you need to enter mail.yourdomainname (eg. mail.conectu.com, or mail.conectu.cl etc.)
4. In the box Email please provide your complete email address, eg joebloggs@anacondaweb.com
5. In the box next to Username, enter your username as it appears under the Email Accounts Tab of the Control Panel. Your username will be everything before the @ of your email account, followed by the 1st three letters of your domain name (e.g. charles@conectu.com would be charlescon)
6. In the Current Password box please input the password you currently use to access the email account.
7. Hit the Confirm Data button
8. If your information is correct, a second page will appear with two boxes, Password and Confirm Password. Please provide your new password and confirm it in the box, the press Modify to complete your password modification. Be sure to remember or note down your new password.
